A: Yes we are manufacturing our own machines.
3. How can I make sure about the quality of machine that I ordered ?
A: All of our machines are made for proper international standarts, GMP and CE regulations. Also before delivering the machine to you, our engineers inspect for quality control tests.
4. How will you ship machines ?
A: We will ship machines in wooden boxes.
5. What is the payment method ?
A: It will be bank transfer and %70 is paid in advance on the order, %30 is paid in advance before delivery at the end of the job.

7. How many days will it take for delivery ?
A: Most of the time, 15 to 45 days after recieving advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the machines and the quantity of your order.
8. What is your policy for guarantee and broken parts ?
A: Our machines will be under guarantee for 12 months.
9. Can you arrange the technician to oversea for commissioning ?
A: We can offer the technician if you request, but you need to pay for the air ticket, visa charges, labor fees and accommodation.
