- Its body is painted stell, all surfaces in contact with the products are made of 304 quality stainless stell
- Granulated products are weighed quickly and precisely.
- Compared with auger fillers which are the conventional weighing method, the cut-gate feeding system dramatically reduces product damage and minimizes product giveaway.
- Cut Gate scales operate at very high speeds without damaging the product, thanks to the stepper motor gate control.
- The CG Series, series offers precise weighing of granular products such as detergents, instant coffee, rice, sesame and other grains, tea, couscous, sugar, salt, powdered drink or soup mixes, spices and agricultural chemicals.
- In these filling lines, you can sew the mouth of the bags with an automatic sewing machine, or you can seal the bag mouths by sealing them if you wish. Both options are available.
- Height adjustment is available on the automatic sewing machine and Bag Sealer Machine. Height adjustment is available both on the conveyor and the sewing and sealer unit.
